  • Do you take insurance?
    The best part about virtual PT is we have completely removed the limitations of insurance. No more visit limits, high copays, and deductibles, wait times for doctor approval and complicated billing. Our PTs are able to provide 1 on 1 service to you for any body part or ailment, for as long as you like since we stick to a completely cash based system. No insurance will ever dictate how we get to provide your customized care which allows us to create a truly amazing experience tailored exactly for you.
  • How do you amke sure I am doing things correctly?
    Form checks! We have a built in system to make sure that your exercise routine is completed properly. Licensed physical therapists will be reviewing your exact movements that you feel need checked.
  • Is it as effective as in person PT?
    Our success rate with patients is significantly higher than traditional PT. When you give skilled physical therapists 1 on 1 time with motivated patients the success of patients skyrockets. We also can work into a patient’s schedule more effectively as we “via Telehealth” come to you and don’t require you to deal with terrible traffic and logistics to get quality PT.
  • How long is a session?
    Our sessions are 20-30 minutes. We don’t want to waste your precious time. Fast, efficient, quality 1v1 care is what we always strive to deliver in virtual visits.
  • What does the first call look like?
    This is a FREE virtual call with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy that is there to screen your injury and limitations via a discussion. Our goal is to answer your questions, provide insight to help guide you in the direction of recovery and discuss if virtual PT is a good option for you.
  • Do I have to pay for the first call?
    Our first call is completely free. We actually mean that. No payment is needed for you to speak with a Doctor of PT!
  • Is everyone a licensed DPT (Doctor in Physical Therapy)?
    When it comes to your care and even your FREE screening you will never work with someone who is not a qualified and licensed Doctor in Physical Therapy. We also make it a key element in our company recruiting efforts and process to only work with the best Doctor’s of Physical Therapy in the industry.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Your equipment needs will adjust based on your goals but for the average patient a yoga mat and some resistance bands will be plenty to get started! But no worries when it comes to equipment, your assigned DPT can help you get the right equipment and a screening will usually not require any equipment.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our pricing changes based on how often and how long you and your PT decide your care is. We offer a variety of different packages and make sure that they are all affordable for the average person. When it comes to cost our number one priority is not the price but the value. We will ALWAYS strive to over deliver on the value ALL of our patients receive.   • Is this through an app?
    Yes, aside from the free screening almost everything will take place in an intuitive easy to use application called Virtual Health 360 app. Our application is available on the web and mobile. This is a free to download easy to use application that will give you a single place to get all your wellness needs in one spot. Your onbaording Virtual PT will give you instructions for how to get on the app and even help setup an account.
  • Is my information safe and protected?
    The short answer is YES. We will always give our best effort and work to follow best practices to ensure we keep our patients information safe and protected and only shared with the right people inside of our company. To learn more about this you can read our privacy policy.
